Be Fully Prepared

Q: Where is the Theatre?

A: High Point Theatre is located inside the International Home Furnishings Center (IHFC) at 220 E. Commerce Ave., High Point, NC, 27260. The main entrance is on Commerce Avenue. 

Q: Where to park?

A: High Point Theatre is surrounded by free parking! Courtesy parking is available on Hamilton Street, at Showplace (across from the front of the Theatre) and undesignated City Hall spaces. Parking Map >

Q: What about late seating?

A: Late comers will be seated at the discretion of theatre management. All shows are reserved seating, unless advertised as general admission.

Q: May I bring my own food and drink?

A: No; outside food and beverages are not permitted. For your enjoyment, High Point Theatre has a concessions stand open before events and during intermissions. Beer and wine are available at most events.

Q: May I take photos or record the show?

A: The taking of pictures and/or video of any performance is strictly prohibited, unless stated otherwise. Any such equipment will be held by the House Manager and returned to the patron after the show. 

Q: Accommodations for physical disabilities?

A: High Point Theatre is equipped with designated seating, ramps and restrooms for those in wheelchairs. Also available are hearing assistance systems – just ask an usher or the House Manager! 

Q: Are refunds available?

A: No; all ticket sales are final. Exchanges are only possible when there are multiple performances of the same show, and then only 24 hours prior to the show which you have already purchased a ticket.  A $5 fee will apply.

Q: Does my child/infant need a ticket?

A: Yes; regardless of age, all patrons attending a performance at High Point Theatre are required to have a ticket.

Q: Can I get flowers/gifts to a performer?

A: Yes! All gifts and flowers for the performer(s) may be left at the designated table in the lobby,
and our team will take it from there. 

Q: Is there a lost and found?

A: Yes; please contact our Box Office regarding any lost items. The Box Office is open from noon to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, and the number is 336-887-3001.
